Child Protection Policy

Levo-Pics are extremely conscious of Child Protection issues which is reflected in the procedures involved in accessing images on this site and we are guided at all times by the essential principle of the Childrens Act 1989 that the welfare of the child is Paramount. All our photographers are CRB checked and the only way that people may see images displayed within our site is by a) Registering full details as a site member and b) Providing the event code which ensures that the person genuinely attended the event. Any suspicious activities noted regarding site access will automatically be reported to the relevant authorities for further investigation and action. We always ensure that events that we attend have Child Protection Policies in place and our actions will complement and reinforce the policies and procedures of the events that we attend. We work in conjunction with the event Child Protection Duty Officer to ensure that we work within the particular policies relating to the event which may be specific to that event.
